My games are laging

Hi guys.I have problem with laging,For example,today i installed call of duty wolrd at war,i started the game and begin to play and game started to lag.In some places less,but still lag,same case with fifa 14,lag on low settings.I visited game debate site and entered my specifcations,i could play both games on high settings.My Gpu-5 Cpu-5 and Ram-5
This is my computer:
Cpu-Pentium R Dual Core E5300 2,60 ghz
Ram-4 gb
Gpu-Ati Radeon HD 4670 1 Gb
Please help me i would be thenkful,Sorry for my english.

That website lied those are very bad parts to be gaming with. If you want to play FIFA 14 and other games with a stable frame rate you're going to need a new computer

Thank you.I understand but i try to put graphics down but its same.I now i dont have ultra machine but before 3 or 2 years i played shogun 2 and worked on high setings slighty,also crysis 2 and 1.
