While i am gaming ,PEs 2013 ,my laptop CPU temprature reaches 94 C,is it normal or I have to stop gaming ? My Laptop is HP pavilion dv 6

Is it normal? Kinda yes and no.
It varies.

Laptop CPUs can get unfathomably hot. Generally if it's Intel you will want to keep it under 80c.
I would suggest giving the vents a vacuum. Stick a black sock on the end of a hoover nozzle and wedge it near the vents, there could be a ton of dust stuck inside acting as an insulator.

Gaming is somewhat demanding, so it's likely to garner higher temps. I remember my old Vaio would be in the high 60's just watching a YouTube video.
There isn't much you can do with a laptop. If you're feeling adventurous you could open it up and replace the thermal compound, although I wouldn't recommend it.
