Can't play dx11 games without getting under 20 fps

Ever sense I upgraded my computer to a octa core fx 8350. any game I've played that has dx11 enabled runs around 20 fps. But if I play without dx11 enabled it'll run at 60+ no problem.
My specs: 750watt crossair PSU
gtx 760
Fx 8350 black edition
M5a99fx pro r2.0
16 gb of ram

Hmm it could be a bad card. I would download unigene heavean benchmark set it to dx11 and see what kind of frame rate you get on low settings 1080p if its atrocious then you might have a bad card. Im not sure what else it could be maybe some kind of weird error in windows. What OS do you have and what games have you played that dont work well with dx11?

any game with dx11 I've tested over 10 different ones so far. Already tried benchmark same problems. Also it don't think it's a bad card because before i upgraded my CPU it was working just dandy like 30 fps max setting in arma 3

Then idk i would do some more research and if you cant figure it out the only thing i can suggest that might fix it is to re install windows.
