The first one because the graphics card is much better

I agree the first one the 290x is a fair bit more powerful than the 770.

It definitely is a lot stronger. If you're looking for the best price to performance I would go with the R9 290X build.

Get the XFX power supply though, even if you get the second build. It's a lot better than that EVGA power supply you've listed.

Rationale :

XFX is built by seasonic which i almost always prefer. but the evga gold certified psu he has there is defiantly better than that particular xfx bronze certified.
