Xbox 360 3rd party controller not working on PC?

I bought a USB controller from eBay from Technocity. It's a third party company obviously. When I plug it in, Windows does the usual search for drivers but can't find any. On the device manager, it comes up with just "controller" and says "No driver files are required or have been loaded for this device" when I click driver details. Even though it says no drivers are required, when I load up a game with controller support, I still can not use the controller. I tried to install the official Microsoft drivers, but it comes up saying that I have already installed them (I have from when I had another controller which broke) and I do not know how to delete the drivers. The controller keeps flashing the LED's in the Xbox button when plugged in, like when you hold it down on a wireless one. What do I do? On the page where I bought the controller from, it specifically said that it works on PC too.

Solution

C. You need drivers even for the regular Xbox 360 Wireless/Wired Controller to Work on PC , I had same issues in the past , there's no problem with the controller as far as I am concerned .
If you search your problem on the youtube you'll find a video which tells you exactly not to do , so don't hurry and return it.
