Main reason i got this was to OC it to the amd fx 8350 standards and maybe more if i could. -I am new to overclock and need help -I have a black edition 8320 with a CM hyper 212 -I also have a Asus m5a99x evo 2.0 which i hear is good to overclock on What i need is a guide or something to help me overclock because i have no idea how to or what i am really do. I have no idea what voltage has to do with it and i need your guys help. Please help a noob..

Don't mess with the voltage for right now. Take the CPU clock multiplier up an increment at a time and check for stability and watch temps. I like to use Intel Burn Test for a quick stability test between incremental increases... followed by Prime95 for long term stability testing. http://www.techspot.com/downloads/4965-intelburntest.html
Be sure to watch temps. Use AMD Overdrive and watch the thermal margin for best results: http://www.techspot.com/downloads/4645-amd-overdrive.html

When you reach an unstable overclock on the multi increases alone, then you can begin increasing the vcore a tiny bit a a time to make it stable again...
