Newegg charged me twice for a digital product code

so i recently bought some games from newegg on that 2k sale and they charged me twice for the same product. so now i have 2 bioshock triple packs and 2 AAA games pack. is there anyway i can get a refund if i dont use the codes? or do i have to sell them to friends to get my money back? any help please

You need to contact Newegg about this. They're known for having rather top notch customer service so I'm sure that they'll sort it out for you in short order. Keep in mind that it is the weekend so you may have to wait until Monday to get it resolved.

yeah. i hear lots of good things from them and buy from them often. im sure ill get it sorted out during the weekdays. just a pain that something like this happened.
