Solution
Just build it yourself and save some cash.
As for the specs, 4820K and X79 are overkill, get either an i5 4670K, 4690K or for an i7, go for 4770K or 4790K. And those are overclocking models. If you have no intention of OCing, just get a locked (no K suffix at the end. e.g: i5 4690 or i7 4770) and use the stock cooler. Get a Z97 motherboard for overclocking and H97 if no overclocking. 8 GB RAM is more than enough for most games. GPU is good, keep the 770. As for the PSU, get a quality 600W+ unit from XFX, Seasonic, Antec or EVGA. Get a single 1 TB drive then get a SSD with a capacity over 120 GB. Don't bother with HDD cooling. Use on board audio, you don't need a soundcard unless you're going to be doing delicate audio editing. And...

Thank you, it would still run amazing even if they are overclocking models right? Because i'm not going to overclock by the way

Yeah, they would run pretty much the same at stock clocks. A 4670K is the exact same thing as a 4670, except for the fact that 4670K is unlocked. For your CPU, I'd suggest a minimum of an i5 4430 and stock cooler.

Hey, thanks so much for helping, but I have one more question (yeah, yeah sorry bout that)

Would the Corsair RM850 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Fully Modular Ultra Quiet Power Supply be a good power supply?

Also, can you please give something such as a frame rate test for certain games if you can? Thank you very much for helping, I really appreciate it.

Yes, it's a good power supply but overkill and expensive. If you really want a modular PSU, get something from the Seasonic M12 series, at least 620W just to be safe. If you can handle non modular PSUs, get something from the S12 series or from the XFX Core Series. I may not be accurate, but for the frame rates, you should get something between 50 FPS to 100 FPS, at 1080P, depending on the game, graphics settings and if it's well optimized or not.
Sorry for the late reply by the way.

I get what you're saying, yet price isn't my problem. I'm not exactly looking for cheap, i'm just looking for quality so I wanted to know if it would just run good. So, as a final question, will these specs run games such as Crysis 3 and other FPS games? Thanks, you are by far the most helpful person i've found on this forum yet :)

If you're looking for quality, and price is not an issue, try one of these:
XFX 850W 80+ Gold
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207028

Seasonic X850 850W 80+ Gold
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151102

Seasonic 860W 80+ Platinum
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151111

I said 850W is overkill but seeing your budget, and considering future technology, you may need it later on.

Also, it should be able to handle Crysis 3 at max settings at 1080P at around 60 FPS. It can also run other shooters smoothly too, like BF4, ARMA 3, etc.

yea you went too far with the psu
850 is a big overkill
look
take 8Gb ram
take a 4790k
and you can buy a msi 290 from amazon its on sale

oh and if you are taking the 4790K you will need a z97 chipset motherboard
