ASrock 990FX Extreme3 worries?

A few days ago i ordered an ASrock 990FX Extreme3 and i have started reading more reviews about it and alot of the reviews are saying stuff like,"Died after 1 year,or,"USB failed after 2 monthes",and since ive already ordered this motherboard im wondering if it actually fails this easily.This motherboard has all the features i need and so i kinda got distracted by that and didnt check as many reviews as i should have.I also plan on doing dual way SLI with 2 GTX 760's and i worry about it overheating and stuff.Anyways thanks to anyone who takes the time to answer this:)

sorry for the lte response but it's still relevant, overall it's a fantastic board but 1 year after purchasing one (on the dot) a resistor exploded... leave this to you to decide wether it's worth, still waiting on response from asrock :)
