Need help installing driver for XP on windows 8

Hello,

I need help finding a way to install this BUE 1U driver on my windows 8 pc. The driver is for a usb ethernet adapter meant for windows XP. I am a poor college kid and do not want to spend money on another one. can anyone please help me with this?

Probably not. If drivers don't exist for you OS, and when you plug it in, Windows 8 won't install any default ones, you're out of luck. Not much you can do.
