I am looking to purchase the Cosair H60, and I have a M4A78LTM motherboard from ASUS, my tower is the Asus Essentio Series CM1630.
I have my own chassis fan, but I was wondering if my motherboard/case would be able to support this cooling system. The chassis fan is 80mm, but the case also supports a 90mm fan.

The H60 supports the Am3 socket - http://www.corsair.com/en/hydro-series-h60-cpu-cooler

So you should be fine as long as you can mount it to your case. The Asus Essentio Series CM1630 is a PC, not a case.

I have the case that comes with the Asus Essentio Series CM1630.
I know it supports my CPU, but I need to know if the motherboard has all the connectors, and if the case has ample room.

Then you need to work out where you put it in your case. If you can.

Is the radiator able to be attached to a 80mm chassis fan; does the motherboard have the required connectors for the cooling system to be powered?

Look at the specs for the H60 - http://www.corsair.com/en/hydro-series-h60-cpu-cooler - 120mm fan. You need a 120mm fan mount position near the cpu - usually at the rear or top of the case.

Mine only supports 80/90mm fans, but I wanted to use my own if possible; I just need to know if the radiator is able to attach to an 80/90mm fan.

The spec says 120mm fan. So no.

Do you know of any water cooling system that does support 80/90mm fans?

Air coolers are generally quieter than water coolers. Especially Noctua air coolers.

You will be compromising overall airflow to use this, but it can be done.

Motherboard electrical support itself for the pump and fan may very well be a problem, so just in case get this molex cable adapter as well, and power all of it directly from the power supply, and the adapter also has a CPU monitor cable as well.

I do suggest you take the time and read this before you make a final decision.
