New PSU for GPU

So because I cannot find the required cable for my current PSU to connect to my new GPU I have decided to buy a new PSU. This is the one I'm looking at,

Would this be Ok? as I am on a budget.

My current Specs are

MB : ASUS P8B75-M Rev X.0x
CPU : i5 3570k
Sata : 80gb
HD : WD 2tb
GPU : HD 7800 1gb (Upgrading to HD 7970)
PSU : Master ATX 650wt
Ram : 8gb Kingston HyperX
