I received it in the mail today and I then proceeded to install the new ram into my laptop.
My laptop is a Inspiron 3520.
I put in the second slot and the laptop won't boot up. I put in the second slot and laptop still won't boot up. I put my original ram card in both slots and they computer is able to boot up but not with the new ram card in other slot.
I'm wondering if my card is faulty or if the ram card is just not compatible with my inspiron 3520.
