Best Motherboard for Budget Gaming PC?

So I am planning on building a budget gaming PC in the near future, and I was wondering what Motherboard would be the best for a budget PC. I won't be buying anything over $100 and was looking for something in the $80 range. My Processor is the "AMD Athlon X4 760K 3.8GHz Quad-Core" and my case is the "Rosewill Challenger ATX Mid Tower". Let me know what you think and what motherboard would be best for me.
