Need help with picking parts for a New Gaming PC Build

Hey i want some recommended parts for a new PC. I already have a GPU EVGA GEFORECE GTX 750 TI 2 GB

I wanted to keep the build Around $380 usd
I already have a mouse keyboard monitor and headset
I dont have windows
Also i wanted to run the newer games at like Normal settings 60 FPS Could settle for less though
Also plz let me know what you think it would run games at thx :D

This is $50 over budget and you'll need to make it linux. I'm sure you can get something closer to your budget but this is an upgradeable machine. Any cheaper now and you will be spending way more soon to upgrade. I know it's not exactly what you asked for but still I hope that this helps.

At this budget without an OS you're better looking at prebuilt and pre-owned machines.

I got myself windows 8.1 enterprise for 10$ from that guy, worked great.
You can also pull a windows 7 ISO, test it for 30days and then rearm the test cycle (you can do that several times) without cracking or doing smth illegal until you have enough money to get the key (10$?!)
