Hello, this is my first post, and I am not that technical when it comes to PC's and PC gaming. I am sorry if I posted this in the wrong thread, but as I said, it is my first post. I have been having this issue with my PC for a while now. Some games run fine, actually most do. My problem is, when I am playing, the game will stutter and make a loud buzzing noise into the speakers, then resume. I first thought it was my PSU, so I upgraded. I still had the problem, so I upgraded my GPU to a EVGA 780ti SC. I still have the problem, only a little less. Games like Sleeping Dogs, and most recently The Crew beta have been having this issue. I have installed a liquid cooler, and done everything I can think to make it stop. My question is: Is it normal for this to happen when games are pushing the limit? Is there something in my PC settings I am overlooking. Someone please help! It's driving me nuts. I have uninstalled, and re-installed all the drivers. Temperatures are not the issue either. I can't figure it out.

My PC specs:
i7 4770k
msi z87-g43 mobo
16gb Corsair Vengeance
Thermaltake 850w PSU
EVGA GTX 780ti SC

I should mention that I don't think I have a sound card, the only way I can hear is headphones or a sound bar. (Don't know if that helps)
