Okay so I recently just put on new thermal paste on my sapphire toxic r9 280x and I have having troubles loading it up!! Everything is working like the fans are going and the sapphire light is on but when I load up my monitor it says is is entering power saving mode and then goes to sleep. Please someone help me I think I might have broke a $350 graphics card.
