I'm looking at this monitor
http://www.amazon.com/VS278Q-P-Ultrafast-27-Inch-LED-Li...
and even though it came up when I searched for 120hz, I can't seem to get a straight answer on the refresh rate. Most of the questions ask in the bottom say it's 60hz, which worries me.

Looks like upwards of 76 Hz. It does not support 120 Hz.

Ugh, why did it even pop up for 120 then. Sorry, my search for monitors is growing frustrating.

I don't know what your budget is but here's a 27" one that supports 120 Hz and even 144 Hz - ASUS VG Series VG278HE.

Thanks, that one does look tempting. I was considering buying this one

24 inches, so it would be smaller, but also 100$ cheaper. Is there much else that separates these two monitors other than my budget and size?

It's a typo in the title, it's actually only 24. It was very confusing for me lol.

Interesting. In that case, unless you need a 27" monitor, that will be a good one. :)

I guess I just have to decide if the extra 3 inches is worth the extra 100$. Anyway, thanks for the help. I really appreciate it, it's been difficult to get a straight answer.

Depends on your table space. Do you plan on having one monitor, two monitors, three monitors, or more than three?

I currently have a double monitor setup already, with a 37 inch tv, then a 19 inch monitor on the side. I'm not entirely sure if I want to move that to a 3 monitor setup, or if I just want to replace one. I think I'll figure that out before I decide.
