My current CPU is A8 3850 at 2.9GHz.

I'm getting either of these:
AMD R7 250X or NVidea GTX 750.

Will these two bottleneck my CPU?

The AMD A8's are terribly low-end, so they'll limit framerates in some games no matter what video card you're using. But no, those cards are reasonable choices. You just wouldn't want to use a high-end card with that processor.

Tnx.. i think gtx 750 is the best choice for my cpu.. higher than that would be a mistake even the Ti version..

I wouldnt consider getting a high-end gpu and im limitting my resolution to 1280x720.. will this be okay? since my monitor's max is 1600x900..

Actually, higher resolution means a greater GPU workload, which in turn means that your CPU's limitations will be less apparent. If you've already got the hardware, it costs you nothing to give 1600x900 a shot. You can always go back to 720p if your performance isn't acceptable.
