I have Amd FX(tm)-4100 Quad_Core Processor (4 CPUs), - 3,6GHz and GeForce GTX 550 Ti with 4Gb ram, computer have 8 Gb RAM total. I have MASSIVE fps drops one after another playing games, somethimes fps is even (3)!!! My friend friend have same videocard and he can play like Battlefield 3 on ultra, but i can't even play it on lowest without fps drops. I'ts with all games - WOT, Battlefield 3, Heroes& Generals Utt.
I don't know maybe i have to buy new videocard or CPU because my nerves can't hold it anymore!

I'm sorry, I love AMD, but that CPU is crap. It's low-tier, and you need to at LEAST grab an FX-6000 series, perferably an 8000 series. The one I have is the FX-8320 and it's nice for gaming on Ultra.

What specific card are you talking about? 650Ti, 750Ti? etc.
Also, the first generation FX- x1xx CPUs such as the 4100, 6100, and 8100 are based on the bulldozer architecture which is very weak compared to modern CPUs. That is likely your issue with FPS drops, as each game listed is extremely CPU dependent.

how do you think, will Intel Core i5-4440/LGA1150/3.1GHz do the thing?

That will be a massive upgrade to your current system.
Overall the 550ti is a midrange card, dont expect ultra settings but the new CPU will help with the FPS issues.

The 1150 socket will give you a large upgrade path as well, if you do grab one, be sure its a Z97 board.
