Hello my friends! :)
Sometimes during the games, and even outside them, happens graphics bugs, in games are much more frequent, that bugs are pieces of the screen on which the picture does not come out correctly, sometimes in games the graphics bugs take a piece very larger in the screen. See the images. I've updated the video driver. Thanks everyone.

That looks like artifacting. In this case, it could be anything among your monitor, your video cable, your gpu's currently connected port or your gpu itself.

Start by trying out what Calnin suggested, and if you got the chance, also try out a different monitor if it doesn't work.

If your gpu has more than 1 port, try a different one, provided the monitor also offers support for it.

Should anything else fail, I suggest you physically and visually check out your video card; search for any signs looking like burns or for "swollen" capacitors (their top part will look like they've been slightly inflated or will directly feature a small hole). If this check returns positive, I'm afraid you'll have to repair your card.

P.S.
Not to put any pressure or worry you, but this kind of recalls me of my old Radeon X1650XT. Oh, the fireworks that thing did...simply awesome :D
