Laggy games, Help please!

I'm having some serious issues with my newly built PC. Here are my specs:

-1tb HDD 7200rpm
-12gb hdd3 1600mhz ram
-amd fx6300 six core 3.6ghz unlocked
-currently crossfiring 2 MSI r9 270 oc edition
-asus m5a97 le 2.0
-windows 7 home

I've watched various videos of BF4 and other games running 60+fps with NO stuttering. When I play games like BF4, Assassins Creed 3, Watch Dogs and even Counter Strike GO, I have major frame drops and stuttering ever few seconds, especially on BF4, which I should easily run. All of my drivers are up to date, and the PC was built properly! I really need some advise. All help is appreciated! Thanks

Have you tried running a single r9 270 and seeing if you still have the stuttering issue?

What DRAM do you have, they may not like playing together - 12GB sounds like a 3x4GB setup pr even 2x2GB + 2x4GB, neither of which is ideal, and how are the sticks installed (what' model #s)

Try without crossfire and see.

First of all you need to TOTALLY remove all the old drivers. Use this link.
http://www.wagnardmobile.com/DDU/
Note:
Select the respective company(i.e Nvidia or ATI) drivers to be uninstalled.
Use clean and restart option.
And then install the new drivers after rebooting.
