I have updated to windows 8.1 after installation I have installed my zotac 9800 GT eco drivers which was given I the nvidia site...After restarting I windows doesn't load and gets stuck on the start page..I have tried all sorts of process weather this was a drivers problem.. And it was graphic card drives problem only..any help in getting it working properly..

Try this, mostly the drivers are corrupted.
First of all you need to TOTALLY remove all the old drivers. Use this link.

Note:
Select the respective company(i.e Nvidia or ATI) drivers to be uninstalled.
Use clean and restart option.
And then install the new drivers after rebooting.
