I just installed game three days before, this is my first origin game!!!
Game stutters like hell, so crappy...fps below 16FPS

I can play all other powerful games (shift 2, take on helicopters, Scania simulator, COD4 MW, f1 2012, dirt showdown ) on full hd resolution 1080 with avg FPS 50

I can see no issue with my graphic card R9 270X, (temp, driver up to date) there is something wrong with game files

I even tried to repair files through ORIGIN which said files are verified u can play..

I tried all : v sync on off.. graphics settings all low,
even tried lower resolution no improvement (stuttering became worser
Hyper tech on/off
Parking cores

I CANT EVEN PLAY FIRST MISSION!!! CONSTANT STUTTERING

PLEASE HELP!!!!

INTEL i3 530@2.93GZ
INTEL DH55TC MOBO
CORSAIR 700W

That is a bottleneck of cpu.You have a CPU of low end which bottlenecks the GPU to perform at its full potential. In case if you have a high end GPU,You need High end CPU too.BF3 depends upon both CPU and GPU.Your cpu is performing at its full potential which is only a half performance of gpu.You need to get atleast an i5 processor to stop that bottleneck...If you want to overclock get the i5 2500k,i5 3570k,i5 4670k....These processors are the best overclockable processors in i5 series.Dont get an i7 cause you'll be getting only 4-6 fps increase with the i7 processor...Pick up as the best solutoin if it
helped you

Hmm...
Consistently low FPS even when switching between the extreme ends of the graphics settings and just looking at your spec list tells me its a CPU bottleneck.

Just because you can play thjose other games at 60FPS doesnt mean it can run BF3 at 60FPS, those games arent exactly that intensive. Modern Warfare was designed to run at 60FPS on the last gen consoles halfway through their lifecycles, its not exactly a powerhouse like the modern Battlefields are.

This seems to be a fairly common problem for AMD 270X users just from a quick google search.

I'm in agreement with the others. Your CPU is a bottleneck. However I don't think it's your primary problem. It almost sounds like either the game is using your onboard GPU (Intel HD graphics) instead of your 270x or you have your other core parked and your running on a single core. Ideally you'd be using a quad core for this game. Compared to the games you listed, BF4 uses alot more computing power compared to something similar like COD4, but screw buying a new CPU for one game though. Maybe one of the others suggesting a new CPU will pitch in. ;)

So have you tried?
Unparking your cores? Utility link here
Updated your directX files? BF4/_Installer/directx/redist -> dxsetup.exe
Yelling at the computer? (Actually does nothing, but sometimes it's good to vent)
Tried on a standard monitor?
Turning off your Intel HD graphics in BIOS?
Joining the Navy Seals, and play BF4 IRL? (Not the safest option)

Check these links out. They might help

thank you all for Replies...
i solved myself
now i'm getting more than 100fps-avg in ultra settings!! :)

Problem is because of ORIGIN

SOLUTION : Open Origin.Go in Application Settings and deselect "Enable Origin in game."
