How can i download sound device software for intel p4

If you don't know the make and model of your motherboard (assuming you are using onboard sound), you can use a free program called CPU-z to get the information. Then go the the motherboard manufacturers website to find the drivers for your board/sound card.
Note: in CPU-z the tab with the information is called "Mainboard"
