can i run watch dogs?

i want to build a cpu with
Intel 3.4 GHz LGA 1150 4770 i7 4th Generation Processor
ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 AMP Edition 2 GB Graphics Card
MSI B85M-G43 Motherboard
Transcend JetRam DDR3 8 GB PC RAM (JM1333KLH-8G)
and plz tell me that can i run watch dogs in full graphics and is this is 64 bit ????

if only for gaming u could consider amd fx8320 8 core cpu
otherwise go for
i5 4670k 17490
mobo:MSI Z87-GD65 Gaming Motherboard 14438
amd r9 270x 4gb 18000
8 gb ram 5500
1tb wd hdd 4000
total price would be:INR 59000
u could cut price by choosing some less costly motherboard

You don't need an i7 to run a 760. You won't be able to run watch dogs smoothly on full settings with a 760. I would suggest getting an i5 4690K and a GTX 770. It still won't run watch dogs at 60fps maxed out, but it's still a huge improvement. You will also need a good quality PSU preferably around 600 watts. :)

Well I'm telling you, an i7 will be a waste of money over an i5. There is no point spending extra just to say you have an i7. And I suggest an EVGA GTX 770, or if you can afford it, an EVGA or Asus GTX 780 would give you a lot of extra performance. :)

As I said before, the Intel i5 4690K will be perfect for gaming for many years to come. And I already suggested a few different GPUs, but i'd highly recommend the Asus GTX 780. An MSI Z97 Gaming 3 is a really good value motherboard that can overclock a 4690K and has a lot of nice features. A good HDD is the Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB. As for RAM, Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz is probably the best choice. The best choice for a PSU is a EVGA Supernova G2 750W. :)

Watch dogs runs better on Nvidia GPUs, and considering that is the game the OP wants to be able to max out that setup wouldn't be optimal. Intel CPUs are also better than AMD for gaming, less CPU related frame drops. There is no point getting an i5 4670k over a 4690k, as the latter is essentially the same thing but newer and with a better thermal interface.

That's okay! it was still a good post :) I'm just searching for an Indian website now so I can try and find the best Nvidia card under 20000. Any websites you can recommend? :)

EDIT: just saw the website you used, having a look now.
