Few minor changes, price didn't change much I believe, if anything, it might be lower.

I5 4690k << newer, and relatively similar priced.

ASRock z97 extreme4 <<< Still a good board with plenty of features for overclocking and what not.

PSU <<< changed to EVGA Supernova 750B2 which is a very good unit.

Changed the optical drive to something that's slightly cheaper.

Options: You could take out the thermal paste, there's only a few celcius difference, which wouldn't too much of a difference in my opinion. The thermal paste that the cm hyper 212 evo would do just fine.

You can lower the price of your build by getting a sandisk ssd for 60$.

Case wise, if color isn't a huge issue, then you could go with a different color define r4 with...
