Well I am thinking my R9 295X2 is a dud. I am really worried since I can't control my fan speed settings. I have tried multiple programs such as MSI Afterburner, Saphire TRIXX, speed fan and more. Every program I have tried doesn't allow me to modify my GPU's fan speed, It is very weird. Here is a safe link to my GPU-Z http://gpuz.techpowerup.com/14/07/27/2np.png. It doesn't show my fan speed % or my Fan speed RPM. I have the latest version of GPU-Z and I am thinking my card must be faulty if it isn't showing. Also here is another safe link of my CCC's overdrive and it looks really plain http://imgur.com/6aYNsc2. There is no option to modify my fan speed there also. On my older GPU's I have had in the past I could monitor my fan speeds with no problem. This graphics card no matter what I do I can not change the fan speeds. It is becoming impossible.

It is frustrating and would love some assistance please so I know whether or not I need to take my GPU back to the store tomorrow. Thank you so much for reading. I look forward to your replies. Take care!

Edit Reason: I am using the latest 14.7 beta drivers.

Thank you so much for your reply Suztera. I think my GPU is a dud. When you see a single 780ti out performing your r9 295x2 by a HUGE amount I think my card is dead. Time to RMA it. Sigh! :(
