I am building a new gaming pc and I am a noob at this. I have included a keyboard so all the hardware together is $659. With the keyboard it is 704 which is my budget. I hope I didn't confuse you. I was wondering if there are any flaws in my build and any improvements I could make. I forgot to add I have hardrives, os, optical drive and everything already. I have a razer naga so I want the case and keyboard to match with it ( green/black). I have a gpu i am going to use for a second monitor non crossfire as a utilities monitor. Am I forgetting anything?

Solution
It's look good at a glance, I can't see any storage device?

the power supply I would change

best brands for PSU's are Antec/corsair and semisonic, mainly remember that you will always be able re-use the psu on other builds if you buy quality.

RAM is good would change it for

G-Skills has become the best high speed RAM manufacturer in recent years, with the best CAS ratings on average.

cpu and mobo good...
I would suggest maybe picking a different PSU, there's no information on that psu from what I could see. Get one that's got a decent reputation. If you're not adding parts from a prior computer ( hard drive and optical and what not), you'll need to purchase those as well.

Here's a build to consider:

You'll have a weaker cpu/gpu, but if this is a fresh build, you'll need windows most likely.

If you don't need windows, you could put that money into the graphics card an get a gtx 760 or r9 280. But this is if you need everything from scratch.

cpu and mobo good pics. I would consinder a higher quality GPU to go with your i5

lastly a rule you should try to go by. you should try to spend the most money on the GPU then Cpu and much lower on the mobo since new cppu's have taken over many tasks which the mobo was know for, (Voltage control moved to cpu).

I have hardrives os and evrything. I can salvage a optical drive from my current pc. I am going to add the gpu from this pc too, but non crossfire. I am going to have it for my second monitor as utility. I have the razer naga so I would like a glowing green keyboard to go with it. I also picked the case to match.
