You have a pCI-E x16 slot, so any current video card will fit.

The limitations, will be your powers supply and the cpu you have, no point putting in the latest and greatest GPU as your cpu will bottleneck it.

If you want to play safe, get a AMD 7750 GDDR5 or AMD R7 250X, they will play todays games, if you turn down graphic settings without breaking the bank and can run with a reasonable psu without addition 6-pin power.
