Well, I just built my computer, I downloaded, torrented and burned Windows 7 Home Premium(yes I have a code to install this), but when I put my DVD in the optical drive, nothing happens. I press F11 to open the boot menu, I change CD/DVD-Rom(optical drive at highest priority nd the Hard Drive Disc at second boot priority, yet still nothing happens...
Is there anyone who can help me out of this mistery? Couldn't find it at other questions and topics... Thanks in advance

P.s. I have no WiFi connection, doing this on 4G on my phone, no videos for me to watch..

Why on earth would you do that?
Throw that DVD out, and get the official Win 7 ISO from here:

Your torrented version more than likely includes all sorts of nastiness which you do not want.

Seriously....throw that DVD out and get the real ISO.

A torrent copy of a Windows OS (or almost any 'application') very, very often contains trojans, backdoors, etc.
Get the official, sanctioned, verified clean, ISO from the links above.

Hope your friend enjoys having a preinfected machine.
