I am about to build my first build. I will have Asus M5A97 R2.0, AMD FX 8320(STOCK COOLER AND NO OVERCLOCKING), EVGA GTX 760 in a Corsair SPEC-01 case. I will be gaming on it. The case has a pre-installed 120mm fan. I got a Deepcool XFAN80 free as well.

My question is, will these two fans be enough? Should I buy another 120mm?

I will be buying only from:
http://www.flipkart.com/
http://www.amazon.in/

Best bet would be to try it first before buying another fan. If it cools well enough, then you're good. If not, you can always add another fan and you can still use your system while you're waiting for it to be delivered.

The 120mm should be used for intake, 80mm for exhaust
