this mother board includs 1x8 pin atx 12v power connecter but I have a power supply with 4+4 pin cpu connector can I use that connector to the mother board ?

Yes, the 4+4 pin connector is compatible with both the 8 pin CPU power connectors and 4 pin ones. The 4+4 pin connector is just two 4 pin connectors that can be put together to form a single 1x8 pin connector.
