Gigabyte Z77X-D3H Rev 1.0 Possible Failure?

hi all,

I have the above mobo and wondering if it is on its way out and soon to fail?

The usb 3 ports have stopped working and I have tried installing the new driver updates from the gigabyte website but haven't had any luck.

and now recently the network adapter which is the Atheros one, has stopped working too. it doesn't show up in Device Manager and I have again, installed the latest driver for it too.

Any suggestions on what I could do, i'm pretty sure I still have a years warranty on the board, so if I need to send it back in, I could do that.

if it could be the mobo, could you suggest a replacement? i have a Core i5-3570K S1155 3.4GHz 6MB processor, 8GB (2 x 4GB) ARES DDR3 1333MHz DIMM 240-pin CL9 RAM and ATI Radeon 7850 870MHz 2GB GPU.

thanks for your help... i got it from dabs.com and I think they only offer a year's warranty with it, whereas gigabyte offer 3. I'll email gigabyte and let you know the outcome.
