Can we Upgrade Dell optiplex 760 Core 2 duo to core i3 processor without changing motherboard?

Hi,I have Dell optiplex 760 core 2 duo E7400 2.80 ghz,2Gb ram and Nvidia Gforce 210 card so I wanna ask that can I Upgrade it processor to quadcore without changing Motherboard..Welll my Motherboard model number is 0M858N and Manufavturer Dell..

No different cpu sockets. The 7400 is an LGA 775 socket and the current I3s are a LGA1150 socket.

No and asking again is not going to change the answer. Please don't ask the same thing multiple times. Also an i3 is not a quad core it dual core and some have hyperthreading.
