so I'm installing windows everything is going fine but when i get "Set Up Windows" and it says type a user name for your account i can't use my keyboard or mouse their lights go off i tried plugging them into USB3 and USB2 what could be wrong i kinda need a quick answer lol
keyboard and mouse don't work while in setup
