Best non 3d gaming monitor

I live in Mumbai. I want to buy the best non 3d gaming monitor for my radeon r9 290x.
Features I WANT COMPULSORY:

• True resolution 1920 by 1080 pixels and 16:9 ratio
• Very High contrast ratio and rich in colours and great or clear picture quality
• Very high response rate 5ms or less
• Wide viewing angle horizontal and vertical – 178 degree on both.

Features optional:
• Anti glare and anti reflective display
• Aspect ratio control to 4:3
• Screen adjustability say height and tilt.

Features i don’t want:
• 3d with 3d glasses
• Wall mountable
• Inbuilt speakers (I already have speakers) but that would be fine if it has all the above features in the compulsory and optional list.
• resolution higher than 1920 by 1080

Please suggest some good brands and models noting the above.

Also I have another question. I saw on many websites that say true resolution as 1920 by 1080 but they had different sizes say 21, 23, 24 inches especially the AOC site. How is that possible and How shall I get what I want if they show such confusion things.
I will also be using the monitor occasionally to watch HD movies. So basically a 1920 by 1080 movie at full screen should look proper in the proper inch one. I hope I am not confusing anyone as I myself am confused.

what’s the great difference between screen refresh rate say hertz or say 60 hertz and 130 hertz and response time.

For gaming does a low response rate be ok or do I have to also consider the hertz. My rough guess the hertz was more important in CRT rather the LCD or LED. Please advise.

Thanks to all for help.

budget is presently not a consideration as of now. but it should have the features in the compulsory list. thanks. Also I have an old CRT monitor and a couple of dvi to vga convertors could not bring the display. either they were faulty or there was some other problem. don't know now what to do.
