A 620w Seasonic is more than enough for a GTX 770.

The 770 is faster than the 760, that's why it's the next model up in the hierarchy.

The gtx760 is the best all around gpu in its class, that being mid-range gpus. The gtx770 is in the lower tiers of the next class up, that being enthusiast class gpus. The 770 will outperform the 760 in every way, from output @1080p, frames over 60 per second, etc, but it comes with a higher pricetag, more power consumption, incompatibility with some smaller cases, more heat output etc.

The Seasonic S12 II Bronze is one of the best PSUs in the 600w range and will easily power either choice plus whatever additional gimmicks like led lights you can throw at it.

Both are good, The gigabyte will run cooler but i believe the Asus is quieter.

While I do like Asus products, more so than most brands, in this instance, my choice would be the MSI twin-frozr. The Asus is slightly lower in performance, runs quieter, the Gigabyte higher in performance, but is louder. Also, personally, I cannot stand the pitch of whine that comes on Gigabyte cards, to me its very annoying. The MSI is the best balance of both.

Evga are solid performers and are usually near the top, but they do have the absolute best service and support dept. out there. Zotac usually places right at the top performance wise, but run hotter and louder than anyone else.
