I have INNO3d GTX 750 ti and temps go upto 73 degrees while gaming.
my friends MSI TWIN frozr goes 50 degrees max.

Well my fan stays below 35%
In Watch Dogs Core Clock goes from 1046 (default) to 1189 in MSI afterburner where as boost clock is only 1111Ghz.
Are temps to worry about?
Plus lag has increased from 3days lots of stutters. Is it WorseMod?
And my ram Usage is 3200mb and i have 4gb should i upgrade 6gb?

Is INNO3d bad?
Are those high temps

Should i return the card?

is this power supply enough? has lots of dust in it.

Solution
GPUs quite often go up to 75C or higher. Generally anything over 80C is a very bad sign for the lifespan of the component.

If you're worried about 73 Celsius then you could purchase an extra case fan and point it directly at the Graphics Card. You could also use MSI Afterburner to boost your fan-speed to keep the GPU cooler or you could purchase a custom cooling block for your GPU and install it yourself.

Your friend's Twin Frozr stays cooler due to the superior cooler fitted on the card. As said above you could purchase and install your own cooling solution if you're not daunted by operating on your Graphics Card and the risks involved.

73C is a tolerable operating temperature. I'd be worried by anything over 75 C, and if it...

73C is a tolerable operating temperature. I'd be worried by anything over 75 C, and if it goes over 80 C then that's unacceptable - don't run that program until you can somehow lower your GPU's temperature.

Solution
It overclocking itself due to Nvidia GPU 2.0 Boost. It designed to overclock your card automatically based on temperature. You can set a temperature target for your card to reach before it stops overlocking. MSI Afterburner should have hat option, if not EVGA Precision does.
But as mentioned above, 75C is not a bad temps for your card. You don;t really need to worry about it much.
