You don't need speaker drivers, you need sound card drivers. The driver update websites and programs are horrible, they either don't get you the right drivers, send you on an endless loop to different sites where you pick up spyware or tell you you need to pay something. I've yet to see one that works or installs without 4 additional programs.

Get the drivers for the sound card directly from the Lenovo support page for your model.
