Hello,
i have an issue with my Biostar TA970 am3+ motherboard. I am able to power up the board with the power supply and use the power button so it has power. GPU runs, fans are on, HDD powers and DVD drive is on. I have tested the ram on another board stick by stick and they work no problem. GPU and PSU are brand new bought two and four days ago, but have tested the GPU and works no problem on the msi board. I suspect that there is no boot at all, as i have seen no activity on the hard drive but i cannot be sure. I did test a hyper x stick of 8gb ram in the motherboard with no progress. If any info is needed please let me know. Specs are below for those who would need it, i have upgraded everything from a stock hp elite desktop with the exception to the ram.

EVGA Geforce GTX 750ti
Elpida pc3 ddr3 2gb x4 ram(stock)
Thermatake Smart 750w 80 plus bronze psu
Alpine 64 pro rev.2 cpu heatsink cooler
