hi, finally i build a computer but im not sure about it. Maybe i can get something better with similar price? Here is my pc :

GPU:Asus r9 270x
Motherboard:MSI z87m-g43
Case:COOLER MASTER ELITE 430
PSU:Fortron fsp raider 650w bronze
Ram: Crucial ballistix 8gb cl9, 1600mhz
HDD:Western digital caviar blue 1tb 64mb
And do i need cpu cooler for i5 4690?
