you shouldnt have turned it on after shutting it off.... there is a 80% chance that you have completely shorted out your GPU and motherboard...

How long did you let your computer dry after your cleaning? Trapped water droplets can take several hours to dry in warm open air.

I think you fried your board.

I let it dry about 12-16 hours before attempting to turn on, it was very dry I even took a low heat blow dryer on it for awhile during that period

Well, since the computer was on when the spill happened, it is quite possible some of the damage was caused before you even managed to shut down your PC: if the water touched VRM components, the VRM may have malfunctioned and zapped the stuff connected to it. And that stuff may also include your display.

just tested display is working fine, fans was spinning on everything including GPU the MB light is on just not the ethernet light that usually is on when I have my ethernet wire plugged in, I don't even think the water hit the motherboard before I turned it off just the gpu but integrated won't work either weird.

The Ethernet LEDs are not going to light up until something initializes the Ethernet chip.

The GPU is connected to your motherboard's chipset (AMD) or CPU (Intel) so if the GPU's VRM failed, it is possible the GPU ended up sending 12V down the PCIE data lanes and killed your CPU/chipset. That would explain why your integrated graphics is not working either.

just confirmed in another PC that the GPU which is the component I split it on is working and still outputs signal, Does this mean that it's the CPU?

That is a little surprising. Then again, we do not know exactly what the water hit.

You might want to give the GPU a more thorough workout (such as running FurMark for a few minutes) to see if it really is fully working.

If the rest of your PC still fails to boot without the GPU installed then you have a problem with either the CPU or motherboard but there is no easy way to know exactly which one it is other than swap parts. Worst case, it could be both.

Good news, My pc is booting up fine and good and doing benchmark tests with ease. Thank you all very much for your suggestions and recommendations.
