Hello,
I am confused between ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GTX660 2GB DDR5 and ZOTAC NVIDIA GTX 660 Synergy Edition 2gb. There are not major differences between these two cards in performance as well as in price. My main concern is about cooling system as normal edition has 2 fans while synergy edition has 1 fan.
Which card will provide better performance? which card has better cooling system?
I have to choose between these two cards only.Plz suggest me a good card..

Two models:

1) zotac nvidia geforce gtx 660:

and

2) zotac nvidia geforce gtx 660 synergy edition:

Solution

Bro I am Currently Using Gtx 660 synergy Edition Running with My intel I5 2400
it running silently on full load as i am using normal cpu case thats why i open my cpu case from 1 side..
Gtx 660 nice card it run all latest games on high -ultra on 1080P with decent...

If you're worried about GPU temps, by all means, get the normal one, unless if it's less powerful.

go with the dual fan one i think that's the amp edition one its a bit faster...and dual fan helps to keep the temps low and the noise less....

Hello... There is a Nvidia "Reference Design" and a single fan at the rear of the card... This design will blow Hot air directly out your case ( external exhaust ).
When a card has the two fan or one fan over the GPU design... it will exhaust the Hot air back into your case... raising the temperature to all your other components in your case.
Here is a good example of a External Exhaust Card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130826
These cards will be a longer in length but will give you the best cooling for your PC components/case.

thank you for your suggestion ironsounds but evga gpu cards are not available to buy in my country.I have to choose between these two cards.
I am not interested in overclocking. I just want to make sure whether the synergy edition be able to remain under 70° to 80° temperature with one fan or not.
According to game-debate, synergy edition have 1% performance increase over normal duel fan edition so I am more interested in buying synergy edition if cooling is not an issue.
