Hello

I do a mistake this morning ...

I updated my BIOS and forgot change the BIOS Settings about the DD mode ...
my config is :
Disk 1 : SSD disk with OS (Seven) (NOT RAID)
Disk 2 and 3 : same 1 To disk in RAID 1 (before BIOS update ...)

after BIOS, I worked with my computer and change some files in Disk 2 , BUT As I forgot change BIOS setting, Disk 3 is now not the same of Disk 2 ....

I have on Disk 2 (and 3 ...) some VHD file, and I want start my computer On Disk 1 SSD or on VHD File on Disk 2 (and 3 ...) in Windows 8.1 OS ...

* If my BIOS Settings is in AHCI :
Disk 1 work fine, Disk 2 work Fine, Boot on VHD work fine too BUT disk 3 is not visible in explorator and Its status is "OffLine" in "Disk management applet" of Windows Seven ...

* If my BIOS Settings is in SATA :
if i go in Intel RAID management Bios by Ctrl+I shortcut during POST Bios process, my RAID 1 stack is recognized
If I boot On Seven on Disk 1 : It is work fine and Disk 2 seems work Fine BUT I am sure is not possible, Disk 2 and 3 are now two more different ...

If I boot On VHD : I have some error ...

My Question :
How can I restore my RAID 1 stack and Keep data on Disk 2 (and so replace all data in Disk 3 by Disk 2's datas)
and I dont want install some specific driver in Seven OS because I have not the same in Windows 8.1 VHD OS ...

Before update BIOS, RAID 1 is completly manage by BIOS Driver ... I don't know how all of this work if I Install RAPID Intel software on Seven OS Instance ...

I saw others discussion about this point but for my part, My Main Disk is not a RAID disk, so, may be, it is possible to restore RAID 1 double disk with a quick and simple tips ... perhaps ... :)  :)

Thanks a lot for your help

Best regards.

Brief answer - you may have to trash Disk 3 (re-initialize it) and build a RAID out of 2 and 3. BUT - building the RAID may wipe 2. So you would need a backup of what's on 2, build a new RAID1 with 2 and 3 (wiping them in the process), and restore the backup.

Would someone with more experience please weigh in on this?
