The Asus also has a reputation for running cooler and quieter. The difference is not huge though. I'd vote for the Asus because of the above reasons and because their driver and customer support are very good. It's also $40 cheaper.

Edit: I should point out that I've seen at least one review showing the OC results in the EVGA's favor, but I haven't seen any saying the same thing about the cooling or noise levels.

If you're going for price ratio to performance, then I'd recommend you go for the Asus, mainly because their cooler is really good and cheaper than the superclocked , are you talking about the superclocked w/ACX or? Evga's customer support is the best out there I hear and both will be able to chomp through any game you throw at them on 1080p or even 1440p
