*The Sapphire R9-270X Dual-X appears to be the best value around:

other:
Asus GTX750Ti: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-video-card-gtx750t...

750Ti almost identical to an HD7850, though this Asus version is slightly higher performance. So use this Summary Benchmark to help determine value of cards:
http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/ASUS/R9_270X_Direct_...

MSI GTX760:
http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-n760tf2g...

SUMMARY:
I'm not sure why the R9-270X cards vary so much in price but at 120 pnd the performance is identical to an HD7950. You can look at the R9-280X but they max your budget.

The GTX760 is slightly faster than the R9-270X but not nearly the same value. Again, though, look closely at reviews/comments but I can't find a good reason not to recommend the Sapphire R9-270X Dual-X at this price.

*May be a free game under AMD BRONZE package?

Ty, i got this motherboard, and the cpu is an i7 2.80ghz or something, 4 gb ram, and a monitor with 1920x1080 resolution. These cards are suitable to this settings to improve general graphic value? I mean, actually, gta IV can t run, the same i can t play with pro cycling manager 2013 without setting graphic to minimum for example...

The ONLY part you don't mention is your current graphics solution. Your CPU is fine. Your power supply is probably good enough. You can get by with 4GB for most games though you may wish to consider 8GB total for DDR3 memory (identical sticks preferably).

*Look at the BENCHMARK link I gave for the R9-270X. You can go look and see what performance you can expect for each of the games. Your CPU probably won't bottleneck most of these games.

Here's SKYRIM with the R9-270X: http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/ASUS/R9_270X_Direct_...

As for GTA4, well I finally gave up getting that to run well. I tried on several different PC's and the coding is just screwed up. For example, I'd get 52FPS at 2560x1440 everything almost MAX quality but then just drop the resolution to 1920x1080 and it drops to 44FPS. If I disabled VSYNC I could get it to go above 60FPS but then got screen tearing so I turn it off and BAM I'm below 60FPS so it won't synch properly. Sigh...

@zey NP :)
@photon thanks for the link, i'm comparing informations. i actually use graphic from motherboard.. so i decided to buy a graphic card, windows performance rating is everywhere above 7, but graphics is 5 and gaming graphic is 5.9 . i guess that i needed just a graphic card to improve performance, right?
