You can use CPU-Z: http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html
It's pretty pointless though, RAM doesn't need drivers.

Memory, or ram modules do not require a driver.
What you need is the chip set drivers for your motherboard.
In the driver pack should be a driver for the north and south chip set of the mobo.
That contains the memory controller.
To find your make and model number of your mobo.
In the windows search bar type : Sys info.
Click on system info in the search result.
A window will open and it should list the board bran maker and the model number of your mobo with its current bios firmware revision.
Simply google it, and you should get to the board makers website where you can download all the mobo drivers from the support section.
