Is this computer good for its price?

It's ok but you're paying $350 more than you could buy the parts for.

Same parts, minus the keyboard/mouse/headset, which are cheap crappy ones in that one you linked, maybe $40 worth of stuff, so $960 vs $1299.

If you want to spend $1299 you could build a better system, better parts and a nice monitor.

The problem is the build like the you linked is the cheapest ram, hard drive, video card, motherboard, psu and case they can find and they charge the most markup for putting it together for you.
