For the CPU, your best bet would be a Core 2 Quad, Q6600's or Q9400's are common on eBay. You can get an R9 270X or R9 280 for around $220. I personally would recommend building a whole new computer instead of trying to get something out of an outdated platform.

the graphics u listed wont work cuz they require minimum of 450watt but i only have 250w power supply and its too exppensive.. and i just found out that intel core 2 duo e8400 has the similar performence as q6600 so should i buy e8400?? it is super cheap

8400 is a good CPU and OCs well, given a choice I'd go the quad for the extra power a Q6600 pops

I would NOT invest in sk775.
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?cc=hu&lc=hu...
~70$ for a used Core2Quad Q9400
~150 for XFX Double D FX-787A-CDFC Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB 256-Bit GDDR5
BUT what about the power supply ?? will it support 95w cpu + 130w gpu plus 100w for the rest of the system ~350w ,soo dou you have a proper 400w PSU or an improper 500w ?

It's ok , and it should fit.

Yeah i think that psu is ok for what you need power-wise but measure the space between the mounting holes of your psu and compare it to the corsair or the standard power supply size just to be 100% sure .
(But investing in a better let's say 600w psu would give you "future proofness" , for when you change your whole system.)
